McPherson Jr. began in ministry after receiving a call from God in 1981. Since that time Leon has had the pleasure of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ on several contents including Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia and here in the United States. Leon is a former Senior Pastor in the largest African American Pentecostal denomination in America and also held the position of District Superintendent and Jurisdictional Secretary in that denomination. Leon formally hosted a radio broadcast on a.m.1500 in Detroit.  Other outreach endeavors include Pastoral care ministry at Mt Carmel Mercy Hospital, St Johns Hospital, volunteer services with The Salvation Army, feeding the homeless in Detroit's Cass Coordinator.  He developed a side walk Bible study in an east side housing project. Along with Bridgette and others more than 10,000 flyers were taken door to door and toys were taken to numerous homes during the holiday season. Our Ministry Mission:  To assist in the proclamation of the life-saving Gospel of Jesus Christ in our local community, especially to those that have been hurt and mistreated within the Body of Christ.
